WE OFFER EXCHANGES, NOT RETURNS FOR REFUND

We gladly offer returns for store credit on new, unused products within 20 days of receipt. You may exchange in-stock and made-to-order footwear.

Store credit expires in 1 year and is issued in the form of a digital gift card. Please see this page to ensure a successful exchange.

We do not offer refunds. All exchanges must be in new, unworn and undamaged condition.

Contact us for your return authorization. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will be refused.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, shoe project kits or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
